About the Space

This is a beautiful 1920s Craftsman home in the best-kept secret neighborhood of Mt. Washington, just a few blocks from Highland Park and Cypress Park. The home is 1,100 sq ft, on a beautiful large lot. The home is full of rich, dark wood characters with modern updates like the well-lit kitchen, open-design living and dining rooms, built-in shelves in the dining area, claw foot tub in the main bathroom, and wood floors. The backyard and front patio are also yours to use.
