Here's a rundown of the key rules all guests are expected to follow: No Smoking in the Building: To preserve the air quality and cleanliness of our space, smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited within the building. This rule is in place to ensure a healthy and safe environment for all our guests and their clients. Outside Catering Is Allowed: We understand the importance of nutrition in fitness and wellness events. Guests are welcome to bring in outside catering to support their events, whether it be meal prep demonstrations, nutritional workshops, or simply providing meals for participants. We ask that you coordinate any catering needs in advance and ensure all food remains in designated areas to keep the space clean and organized. No Alcohol Allowed: To maintain a professional and focused atmosphere, the consumption of alcohol is not permitted within the studio. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants, especially considering the physical nature of the activities taking place. Respect the Equipment: Our studio is equipped with high-quality fitness gear designed to cater to a wide range of training needs. We ask that all equipment be used properly and respectfully. After use, please return the equipment to its designated place, wipe down any gear you've used, and report any damages or issues to studio management immediately. Keep Noise to a Respectable Level: While we encourage the motivational atmosphere of training sessions and the dynamic energy that comes with it, please be mindful of noise levels, especially during early mornings or late evenings, to respect our neighbors. Cleanliness Is a Must: We pride ourselves on providing a clean, inviting space for all our guests. Please help us maintain this standard by cleaning up after your session or event, disposing of trash properly, and leaving the space as you found it. Booking Time Includes Set-Up and Tear-Down: To ensure a smooth transition between bookings, your reserved time must include any required set-up before your event or session and cleaning or teardown afterward.
