About the Space
Our property consists of an industrial warehouse with a loading dock and a ramp. We have large industrial racks with equipment along one side of the room, but everything else is open space or little things that can be moved. Attached is an office space with individual rooms and an open layout room with windows, overhead fluorescent lighting, and a white walls. 2 unisex bathrooms are available to our guests. Parking is very accessible with 30+ spots for crew and work trucks. The space is more suited for stills photography but can also house video with minor sound issues.
We are a local G&E rental company that can provide in-house equipment for whatever you need.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
