About the Space

Your go-to inviting event venue in Sumner County! Whether you're planning a birthday party, baby shower, meeting, company training, workshop or any other celebration, we've got you covered. Our versatile and bright venue is beautifully decorated, with calming colors, large windows, and a variety of plants. Our space comes with movable tables, chairs (enough seating for 30), a large open kitchen with island, TV, whiteboard, mothers room, super fast wifi, meeting room, and more. We even have an extra table and chairs when needed. We understand that planning an event can be overwhelming, which is why we're here to help. As part of our commitment to creating a memorable experience for you and your guests, we can connect you with an event planner, balloon artist, caterer, photographer, or any other service you may need. Our goal is to make your event planning experience as seamless and stress-free as possible.

Event related rules and restrictions
Ticketed events are allowed
There is absolutely no drug use or smoking of any kind tolerated on premises or within 20 feet of the building including loitering or congregating outside on the sidewalk at any time during the event. Disparaging remarks or any type of physical violence will not be tolerated and will be cause for immediate expulsion. Renter and guests shall use the premises in a considerate manner at all times. During underage events, underage individuals are not permitted to leave the premises and return on a frequent basis without adult supervision. Conduct deemed disorderly at the sole discretion of The Collab staff shall be grounds for immediate expulsion from the premises and conclusion of the rental period. Additionally, The Collab reserves the right to exclude any person from the premises for not abiding by the current dress code, health rules, or other rules whether imposed by the Company, 3rd party hosts or local, state, or federal governmental agencies. In such cases no refund shall be made.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Yes, I would book again.

The space was excellent! I received so many compliments from guests on how clean and nice the venue was for the party. We had about 20 people and it was the perfect size. Will definitely book again!
