While we remain open to hourly rentals for any day of the week, our ideal scenario involves partnering with tenants looking for a consistent, long-term rental. STUDIO DESCRIPTION: Whether it's for classes, corporate gatherings, casting calls, film screenings, photo shoots, or video productions, our flexible space adapts seamlessly to fit a myriad of creative endeavors. Located in the dynamic heart of Sherman Oaks, this space has been conceived with actors and artists at its core. Yet, its adaptable nature makes it an ideal choice for a variety of workshops, screenings, photoshoots, casting sessions, production meetings, script readings, or any other event you envision. Space Highlights: Size & Layout: Spanning a generous 800 square feet with high ceilings, our studio features an open floor plan that can be easily customized to fit your needs. The space is adaptable for intimate gatherings or larger groups, comfortably accommodating up to 30 guests seated, and around 40 if standing (or if more seats are brought in.) Amenities: Equipped with fiber optic high-speed internet, a projector for screenings or presentations, a Bose sound bar, Apple TV for wireless connectivity, multiple self-tape backdrops and professional film and stage lighting for actors, photographers, or videographers, a cozy reception area, a small kitchenette with a refrigerator and coffee bar, our studio has everything you need to make your event a success. Lighting & Ambience: Flooded with natural light from large windows (with remote control blinds you can use to black out the windows if needed), work lights, state-of-the-art stage, and film lights, offer highly customizable lighting options to set the perfect mood for any event, from bright and energetic to soft and intimate. Location: Located in the heart of Sherman Oaks on Ventura Blvd, we are easily accessible and surrounded by ample parking options, chic cafes, and restaurants, making it a prime location for your guests.
