About the Space
Raw industrial warehouse in North Little Italy features 2500 sq. ft. of open space with 14’ high ceilings. Entry to the building and warehouse includes roll-up door access with a ramp. Mostly open floor plan features white walls and concrete floors. Windows and a roll-up door allow for natural filtered and direct light. Urban vibe with an additional roll-up door facing the railroad tracks and outdoor access. The Underground is the perfect raw space and blank canvas for any creative photoshoot or production, as well as meet-ups and pop-up shops. - Art can be cleared for an entirely blank canvas or can serve as a prop or a background. - One (1) designated parking space is available, along with free street parking, paid street parking, and a paid parking garage. - WIFI available

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has additional space outdoors
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
- Common areas have 6-foot (2-metre) markers on floors

Wonderful space! Kristina was very responsive and Joey was such a great host. It was perfect for our needs and gave us the vibe that we were looking for. The added artworks were very cool for our dance video.

Things were really great and Kristina treated us which such kindness and patience. I highly recommend this beautiful, eclectic, location but only if you need a quiet environment due to the nearby tracks.

Kristina and Joey were more than accommodating to our team! We used up every square inch of their fabulous space and went overtime on most days and they were very understanding along the way. Would highlight recommend their space!

My experience shooting here was awesome! Joey and his wife are some of the coolest people too. For me it's important to work with such kind people like them! I would definitely recommend this space for any creative/nostalgic type work for both photo and video. What I love about this space is the amount of artwork Joey has around his space, it really enhanced the creative feel for my project. His wife also has several beautiful plants around the space. Another thing I appreciated about the space was the amount of natural light available. This makes for creative opportunities to both arrange and set up composition. Only thing I would be cautious of is of the transit that runs by the building every 15min or so. So just be mindful of that if your audio is really important. I was able to record between the intervals of the transit passing by and my audio sounded just fine. I would definitely recommend this space!
