We offer a cozy sitting area, leather sofa with coffee table, Nespresso coffee station, professional Bose speaker, ice maker, beverages fridge, coat rack, 2 restrooms. Included with your booking: 5 dining tables with 40 leather chairs. Parking: free on side streets, $2/ hour on Lincoln in front of the building. BYOB allowed. Outside food allowed.
