About the Space

Our large professional event center space in our coworking community is the perfect setting for your next event. Whether a training, seminar, client appreciation meeting, staff meeting or holiday party, our large nicely done room will accommodate well. This functional space can be used for training, seminars, networking events, workshops, even personal events such as birthday, shower, or memorial service. The center can hold up to 50 people standing and has seating for 35. There is a kitchen (no stove) with access to coffee and water. The space can be booked after-hours and weekends with a extra charge. Wait staff, setup and breakdown, catering are all available for a few. This room requires a 50% deposit and 3 day cancellation window as well as PRE-approval.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
