We are a performance Venue featuring a staging area, a dance studio, dressing rooms, loading dock, 130 seat theatre space with lighting/sound and projection capabilities. The theatre is a community based organization that gives everyone a chance to shone and hosts events for anyone wanting a space to play.
We can provide concessions items, beer, wine and snack items for your event. All proceeds go to benefit the YOUTH SCHOLARSHIP FUND that helps provide tuition to Summer Arts Camps for youth in the DFW area. You are allowed to have an outside caterer or bring your own items as well. There is a $25 fee (disposal, clean up, etc) for outside food items that will be collected once clients have made the tour and contractual agreements.
No cooking is allowed on-site
We have a prep area available free of charge but you must indicate that need prior to the event and tour the facility prior to the event to ensure it is adequate for your needs
We have tables available for rental
we have chairs available for rental .... theatre seating is included in your rental and there is no charge for those seats
There are 4 couches in the lobby, they cannot be moved and are there for guests to wait, lunge or relax, please do not move the couches
2 handheld mics are provided upon request, however, staff members and staffing is required to use these items - the number of staff needed in not included in the pricing provided and staff cannot be determined until after client meeting is conducted and an understanding of client's needs, program requirements, format, style, event theme, etc are determined. We can discuss staffing at the time of tour.
