About the Space
This 1000-square-foot studio is in the recently remodeled 1946 Atomic Garage, with beautiful high-arched ceilings and a wall of southern-exposure windows. The studio has a kitchen with a large island, a styled living room with a working electric fireplace, and enough tables and chairs to host an arts and crafts workshop, cooking class, off-site team meeting, wine-tasting event, or company party. This naturally lit space has also hosted many photo and video shoots.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

This was an incredible space for our baby shower— it’s so visually beautiful that we needed very minimal decorations, the space held our group of 50 without any issues, and everyone commented on how perfect it was. The hosts were wonderful and communicative. Can’t recommend it enough!!

What a great space! I booked a full-day photo shoot here and absolutely loved it. Lia and her team were so welcoming and kind and the space is absolutely gorgeous. The natural light was great - just what we were hoping for - even on an overcast day in February. We brought some lights to augment, but didn't end up using anything beyond a bounce. Highly recommend!

Lia's space was absolutely perfect for our baby shower (roughly 40 people). It is such a beautiful and comfortable space, and extremely well decorated. And, Lia was incredibly helpful leading up to and during the event! Thank you so much!

This was an amazing space for a party! My guests were complimenting the place all evening. Everything was beautifully decorated and spacious. Lia was very friendly and responsive during booking. The host who was on site at arrival was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience! I would definitely book again.

Amazing, beautiful & welcoming space!! It was absolutely perfect for our baby shower and we had so many guest compliment what a great space it was. We had about 45 people, which felt perfect. I loved how the space was decorated and the use of the kitchen! Would absolutely book here again for further celebrations!
