This minimal space has got vibes for days with 2 main areas available for rent: the Studio and the Gallery. ***IMPORTANT*** This listing includes BOTH the 15' x 34' Gallery and the 24' x 36' Studio. If you're interested in booking just the Gallery, please look at the "Event" or "Meeting" listings. The Gallery features informal seating for about twelve (additional seating can be arranged upon request), cafe tables and lounge chairs perfect for informal meetings and intimate gatherings. Massive windows bring in all that natural light, and the concrete floors keep it real. The uncluttered space, white walls and 14' ceilings are perfect for art exhibitions, fashion displays, wine tastings and recitals. The Studio is built around a legit, sprung, ballet floor that's designed to reduce dancer strain and impact. A massive mirror wall stretching 30 feet is perfect for any dance style, fitness or yoga class. Floor to ceiling windows flood the space with tons of natural light making the space open and inspiring. We also include the use of a high quality, bluetooth sounds system. This 24' x 36' space is perfect for dance rehearsals and classes and is suitable for dancers of all ages. Use this space for yourself or a class up to 20 people. Our studio door also has a small window so parents can peek in on their kids without disrupting the class. Other uses for the studio include photo and video shoots, virtual dance class streaming, video course recording and production. Use of the studio other than dance are permitted as long as shoes, furniture or equipment don't mark or damage the flooring. No food or drink allowed in the Studio. The space includes a private, accessible restroom that is large enough to be used as a change room, wifi and bluetooth sound system. Gallery is nestled in a quiet corner of the plaza right next to green space giving you and your guests lots of privacy. This is not a shared space and you will have the entire unit all to yourself during your session. Fantastic Location! Located in Carrollton, right off the Sam Rayburn Tollway (Highway 121). 12 minutes from the airport. Plenty of parking on site. Starbucks, Japanese, Indian, Korean food across the street. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
