About the Space
Our European style home in the Berkeley Hills is very modern, minimalist and clean. The beautiful green surrounding and the mature trees in the neighborhood make the house feel cozy and intimate. The heart of our house is the open living room and kitchen with a cozy fireplace and a full-height sliding pocket door opening onto the deck facing the Bay. It is a wonderful indoor-outdoor living space. The space is 1500 sqft with curated art throughout the house. We love modern furniture and have some European design classics, that look beautiful in photos or video productions. We have a well groomed backyard with an "infinity edge" hot tub and an outdoor shower. Ideal space for photoshoots, filmed interviews, video shoots, model shoots, interior shoots, magazine shoots, and lifestyle shoots.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
