Photoshoots: Birthday shoots, Album Covers, Couple Photos, Pregnancy photo shoots, Or a Photoshoot just because you are feeling yourself. Don't see your idea listed here? No worries! Just simply message me with your inquiry. Video Shoots: Video shoots, Freestyles, Product promotion, and even Movie scenes. Don't see your idea listed here? No worries! Just simply message me with your inquiry. Kitchen scenes: There is a Full Kitchen that may be available. Let me know in advance if you would like to utilize the kitchen. You may need to bring your cookware. Inquire before booking for kitchen usage. Otherwise, the kitchen will not be available. Shower scenes: There is a shower available. Shower scenes and photoshoots are available. Let me know in advance if you are utilizing the shower. It must be reserved in advance. (Free of charge.) The shower will not be available if not mentioned in advance. You can also host small events of 10 or less people. Backdrops can be taken down.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
After each booking a cleaning team that specializes in disinfectant will clean the space and ensure that any bacteria is diligently removed. There will be gloves, Hand sanitizer and cleaning products available for the use of guests. There is also a humidifier available for free usage.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
