About the Space
Our studio is 5,000 square feet with 5 separate studios inside, a large waiting area and 2 privates dressing rooms along with several large closets of props and outfits. Our space is designed for all types of photography sessions (newborn, maternity, family, headshot) as well as podcasts, videography and small events (baby showers, bridal showers, corporate events, etc.).

There is ample parking for 30+ cars directly outside the studio with ADA compliant parking and ramp as well!
General Rules
No Smoking inside. No hanging things on the wall without approval first. Maximum capacity of 100 people. Must plan event or coordinate details with a team member after booking.

Security cameras and recording devices
We have security cameras at each entry and exit door to the studio.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
Our space is cleaned between sessions after each use in each studio as well as professionally cleaned every night.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
