A bright, creative, and inspired environment for your next photo shoot, video shoot, production meeting, or workshop. Located in the North part of Happy Valley, Our photoshoot Studio is a 900 sqft ground floor studio unit in a tri-level building with a private gate entrance. The studio has hardwood floors, a full kitchen, and a tasteful mix of modern and antique Oriental furnishings. With all windows closed, the noise level is minimal; nonetheless, traffic is loud outside. OUR BUILDING This is a single-family home situated in the heart of Happy Valley. The owner's wife is a full-time artist, we love that this space has hosted many art events and continues to be a part of so many groundbreaking and creative projects. CONVENIENCE Depending on traffic, we are a 20-minute ride from downtown or a 20-minute ride from PDX. We are within easy walking distance to restaurants and grocery, 2 minutes of drive to Clackamas Town Center and the Max & train station, local stores and cafes such as Oswego Grills, Claim Jumper & etc FOOD & CATERING Outside Catering allowed. Feel free to make your arrangements or bring your food or beverages.
