Exposed wood beams. 11ft ceilings. Smart Lighting Main Street area bordering Mt. Pleasant / South Flatz District / Emily Carr. Proximity to Flashpoint Rentals, Mt. Pleasant, and Olympic Village. Walking distance to Kranky Cafe, Red Truck Brewing, Tractor Foods, JJ Bean, Nuba, BEC, Vancouver Soup Co., and Nemesis Coffee. Included: - Floor Fan - 2x Rolling Garment Racks - High-Speed WIFI - In-Studio Private Washroom - Various-sized black and white foam bounce/flags/v-flats - 3x C-Stands - Seamless Paper Mount Not Included: - Paper Backdrops (available as add-ons) - Strobes (available as add-ons) Rental notes: *Rentals outside of regular hours are available by inquiry starting at $99/hour. *Guests arriving more than 30 minutes late of the start of their booking will result in the forfeiture of the booking time without eligibility for a refund. *Please note the space requires going down 5 steps so please ensure your load-in accounts for these short few stairs.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Carter was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The place itself is perfect for what we needed. It was also equipped with great lighting and sound technology which was a great addition for our small event. Thanks Carter!

The place is exactly as described and shown but more than the space, it was the host. Carter is an awesome host who communicated everything clearly and promptly. He showed us the property and explained everything thoroughly. We had amazing experience and everyone in our party admired it.

The studio space is great. Carter is great. The Light package and backdrop we added was great. Access/parking is a bit tough at the moment with all the construction and road closures surrounding the place. But what do you do…It’s Vancouver. Still managed to pull up to the back and drop gear and find some parking close by.
