Looking for a one-of-a-kind outdoor party experience? This Ultimate Nerf Battle Party brings together fast-paced Nerf wars and private pool access—perfect for birthdays, team celebrations, and family fun. This rental is a flat $950 and must be booked as a 4-hour block. There are no hourly options—this package is designed as a full experience. What’s included: • 4 hours of exclusive use of our outdoor event space • Full access to the Nerf battle turf with inflatable obstacles • Use of Nerf gear (guns, vests, goggles, and ammo included) • Private use of the pool area • Max of 20 guests Important: Waivers must be signed before anyone can participate in the Nerf games.

Health and Safety Measures
A $300 refundable cleaning deposit is required with every booking. This deposit is returned in full as long as the space is left clean and returned in the condition it was provided. If excessive trash, leftover food, decorations, or damages are found, the cleaning deposit may be partially or fully withheld to cover cleanup or repairs. We appreciate guests treating the space with respect so we can continue providing unforgettable experiences!
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
