It's a common area parking for all customers of the building with about 100 spots, first come first serve.

curtains are available to block out the lights, Windows are little tinted , evening time are the brightest.

The noise level is very minimal, as its on the 3rd floor, and the neighbors are usually very quiet as it an real estate offices. No notable noise from the appliances.

Stairs, Elevator

No loading, only through the lobby. No Ramps and everything is access through the main floor.

The circuit breaker is in one of the front office corner. The wattage is 100amp. There are ample outlets around the office.

Keep the Space Clean: Please respect our space and leave it in the condition you found it. Dispose of any waste in the provided bins and tidy up the area before you leave. 4. No Outside Catering or Food: To keep our center clean and free from pests, we do not allow outside catering or food inside the classrooms. 5. Respect the Equipment: Handle all provided technology and furniture with care. Any damages to the equipment or facilities may be subject to charges. 6. Noise Consideration: Please keep noise to a minimum to not disturb other users of the center. Use designated areas for any calls or discussions that might disrupt the quiet environment. 7. Adherence to Booking Times: Honor your booking start and end times to ensure smooth transitions for all users of the space. Furnitures can be put away in the other empty spaces, but cannot be removed from the building unless the booking is significant days, then we can look into moving those out as needed. There are no decorations on the wall now. But can be revised with portable / removable decorations as needed.
