Washington Hall is a common host to numerous types of events. The space is great for large meetings, retreats, panels, performances, and private or public parties. Large windows and wooden paneling create a welcoming airy space. A cafe is on-site and available for coffee service during events. Sound and lighting are available with other event amenities available a la carte. Multiple ADA bathrooms are available. Office equipment such as Zoom hybrid capabilities, whiteboards, and live-streaming options are available upon request.

We are always doing what we can to keep the space safe and accessible for all. Regular cleaning takes place, we also encourage all guests to wear masks and wash their hands. Large windows and outdoor spaces provide extra fresh air flow as needed. We ask all guests to leave the space just as they found it and to respect the space. Garbage bags provided to ensure guests are able to clear out what they used before wrapping up.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
