To ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety, we follow a comprehensive cleaning protocol: Thorough Cleaning: After each session, our professional cleaning team conducts a detailed cleaning of the space. This includes sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, and dusting all surfaces. Disinfection Process: We use hospital-grade disinfectants to wipe down all surfaces, especially high-touch areas such as doorknobs, light switches, props, and furniture. Our products are selected for their effectiveness against pathogens while being safe for a variety of surfaces. Ventilation: Post-cleaning, we ensure that the space is well-ventilated. Windows are opened to allow fresh air to circulate and reduce any airborne contaminants. Sanitization Supplies: Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes are available throughout the studio for guest use. We encourage all clients and their teams to utilize these resources to help maintain a clean environment during their shoot. Protective Gear: Our cleaning staff wears protective gear, including masks and gloves, during the cleaning process to prevent cross-contamination. Regular Updates: Our cleaning protocols are reviewed and updated in accordance with the latest health guidelines to ensure that we are taking all necessary precautions to protect our clients and staff. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
