Our lovely, desert-Bohemian, quintessential Joshua Tree-style getaway is located in the heart of the hi-desert, less than 10-minutes from the entrance to the world famous Joshua Tree National Park. Here our guests enjoy spectacular views of the skyline and the purple, orange, pink and blue sunsets before the stars come out - just wait 'til you see the countless falling stars and the blazing constellations! There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa (which is very comfortable as it does not have that terrible steel bar that would normally go right under your back) all of which offer very comfortable sleeping arrangements, and of course as parents, we love kids and have made this a fun and safe space for them as well. For those parents traveling with children we have an extra car seat, a highchair, coloring books and crayons, blankets, baby powder, books, games, a playpen, and toys as well. ***One major note, we wanted to make sure that people of all walks of life, sizes, and shapes will be comfortable, so, we invested in very high-end mattresses (all our mattresses have mattress covers under the sheets) to make sure you’re fully rested as you enjoy our home and the beautiful scenery...the WHOLE POINT of a getaway is to REST REALLY WELL!! - Bedroom 1 is just plain gorgeous. It can best be described as the ideal, restful sanctuary. It's beautiful, bright, and cozy. This large, lovely room boasts gorgeous, quintessential Joshua Tree-style décor, a King-sized bed, a stunning credenza, its own mini-split heating & A/C unit, room-darkening drapes & blinds, wall-mounted clothing hangers, nightstand, wall sconce lighting, with its own en-suite full bathroom that is always fully appointed. Bedroom 2 is beautiful, bright, and cozy as well! It too boasts quintessential Joshua Tree-style décor, a plush Queen-sized bed, under-bed storage drawers, its own mini-split heating & A/C unit, room-darkening drapes and blinds, wall-mounted clothing hangers, nightstands, a gorgeous chest of drawers, modern wall sconce lighting, an oversized leather chair, with a full bathroom across the hall that is fully appointed...it also has its own private entrance to the outdoor space. Both Bedrooms can best be described as “desert-cozy-sexy-chic” You truly have to see and feel these rooms to understand how amazing it is. - - Make the most of your relaxing desert getaway with our outdoor amenities including a large hot tub, a pergola with a nice picnic table for al fresco dining, another smaller table & chairs for outdoor dining (this is our favorite breakfast spot) a BBQ-grill (we gladly provide all the propane), a beautiful custom patio set surrounding its own propane-powered firepit underneath the soft glow of bistro lights, custom landscaping, and so much more... If you’re just a couple, a small family, a few friends, or even a group, the fun possibilities with this amazing saloon are simply limitless. - - This incredible desert getaway truly offers everything you need to enjoy all the magic that Joshua Tree has to offer. The house can easily accommodate a couple, a family, or even a small group. - - With arguably one of the most incredible backyard spaces in the entire high-desert, there is a little something for everyone! - - While staying with us, enjoy all the fun and amenities our lovely little town has to offer and still be able to enjoy the breathtaking desert scenery in our outdoor space as the home offers skyline & mountainscape views that must be seen and experienced to truly understand and appreciate. Whether you stargaze in the hot tub or lounge around in our outdoor areas - the view of the amazing night sky literally can't be beat and must be experienced. - - We are also a 5-minute drive from the National Park's main entrance, where you can get a front row seat to Joshua Tree's one-of-a-kind landscape, whether by way of hiking trail or a peaceful drive. Additionally, the home is located just 35-40 minutes from beautiful balmy, beautiful Palm Springs. - - Every inch of this home has been carefully and meticulously thought through and is designed for happy relaxation…after you experience all of the fun and unique areas of Joshua Tree, you can relax in your perfect desert escape!

SMOKING: We get it, there are lots of smokers out there and we want you to enjoy your time during your stay as well...even we enjoy the occasional nice cigar, as such: ****SMOKING IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE ONLY**** ****NO SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE THE HOUSE**** If you do smoke, please make sure to pick up after yourself and do not leave ANY cigarette/cigar butts or ashes so as to avoid any additional cleaning fees. NOISE: Our peaceful home is located in a beautiful, safe, tranquil, and quiet neighborhood, as such, we do not allow for any loud parties or music at any time, especially after 10 PM. We have great neighbors and we want to always honor and respect them. Please make sure to abide by this very important rule at all times. ANIMALS/PETS: We are huge animal lovers! This is why we allow our Guests to bring their furry loved ones, but, we ask that you clean up after your pets in every way (THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT), and make sure that any fur that may be left in the house, on the furniture, or on the floor, be picked up thoroughly. The same goes for pet droppings anywhere on the entire property. The expectation is simple; that all pet poop is picked up and disposed of in the outdoor trash bin located on the side of the building. You wouldn't want to visit a place you've paid good money for and find animal fur and/or droppings while trying to enjoy your vacation - it simply comes down to respect. If our cleaning staff needs to clean up after your pets, we will apply additional charges, as necessary. Our base fee is $200. Costs may increase based on the amount of work required by our staff. Contact host for additional details. VISITORS: Additional guests, outside of the guest count per the reservation, are not allowed unless approved by host. DAMAGE: We get it, sometimes things break or get lost or damaged, we're all human, no big deal, most everything can be fixed or replaced - we simply ask that all guests inform their Host of anything in the home or backyard (including anything on the entire property) that has been lost, damaged, or broken. Failure to do so will require the involvement of Airbnb directly, along with potential additional action, depending on what has been lost, damaged, or removed from the property. We simply require that the Host is notified so we can work toward a simple resolution together. This House Rule is very firm as we've poured our hearts and souls (and wallets) into this lovely project and simply ask that all of our Guests respect that fact (believe me, you'd expect the exact same - golden rule).
