Plenty of street parking with no restrictions + no street cleaning. Easy acces to property via sidewalk. Driveway can fit Sprinter Van. Back it in for EASY unload and discretely work off the van. For large crews and trucks, there is a church with a private 60-car parking lot that is only 500 feet down the street from our house that can be contacted and booked separately.

- No smoking inside (outside is okay) - Nudity is allowed, but No adult filming - No loud sounds or music before 7am or after 10pm - No pets allowed (without paying additional fee) - All rentals include setup and teardown time (Clock starts upon first person entering property, Clock stops upon last person leaving property) - No painting or nailing into walls without prior approval - Guests must remove any equipment and trash they bring into the space by the end of the booking - Doors must be locked upon departure from the space - All ages are allowed in the space - Production insurance is required - Furniture and decorations may be moved but must be put back to their original place by the end of the booking. Any damage caused by moving furniture or decorations will be the responsibility of the production. - Smoke and haze machines are allowed, but production must take proper precautions to not set off smoke alarm - Security cameras on property shall not be tampered with, covered, or removed at anytime without prior approval - Sidewalk shall not be blocked at anytime by equipment or vehicles Tennis balls, ram board, or furniture pads must be used for all stands, dollies, tripods, and heavy equipment inside the house - Fridge(s) may be turned off or unplugged temporarily for scenes, but must be returned to original status ASAP - Heat and AC may be used during booking, but please turn off at the end of booking - All trash, recycling, and compost must be removed from property at end of booking - If filming at night, production must make sure lighting does not spill onto neighbors property or house - Equipment and personnel must stay within property lines at all times during booking - Production is responsible for obtain the proper permits with the city for events, photography, or film production
