About the Space
Our 5500 sq. ft. event / studio space can be configured to accommodate all levels of production and events and can be booked as one multi-use space or as individual studios/event bays. The space includes two 1200 sq. ft. shoot/event bays (one with cyclorama & kitchenette), a private 2200 sq. ft. event space/studio with kitchenette and private bathroom, a 1000 sq. ft. central space with vanities stations, 350 sq. ft conference room / production office, five private bathrooms (two ADA access and one with ADA shower), two convenient ground floor loading docks and twenty-three (18-23) private parking spaces. The studio is outfitted with 600-amp power, high-speed internet, security access and event / production equipment (including full grip packages) for daily rentals.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Nightly cleaning schedule includes cleaning floors, disinfecting all surfaces (including kitchenettes), desks and a deep clean in all restrooms.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
