Our 2,300 sq. ft. open studio/event/production space is configurable designed to accommodate all types of productions: Shoots, Events, and/or Meetings. Key features include ground-level access, high-speed Wi-Fi, Sonos sound system, clothing rack and steamer, skylight with natural daylight, climate control (AC and heating), coffee bar, makeup stations, on-site lighting, grip, and production equipment rentals are also available. Add on, 1400 sq. ft. Cyclorama shoot studio, Hair and Make Up / Wardrobe spaces, Production Office and Meeting Rooms/Sound booths available.

Nightly cleaning schedule includes cleaning floors, disinfecting all surfaces (including kitchenettes), desks and a deep clean in all restrooms.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
