The tiny house IS tiny, about 300 square feet. It's on a large lot, so there is room to sit or film outside. Inside, there is a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. There is a good-sized table (about 3' square) as a workspace, plus a counter with bar stools. Sleeping accommodations are a queen bed with a memory foam mattress, plus a small, fold-out mat. The bathroom is a shower, and the water pressure is not great, but it gets the job done.

The place is cleaned completely between guests, including wiping surfaces with anti-viral and anti-bacterial spray. The bathroom is cleaned completely, and the floor is mopped.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
