Our space, a 350 m² loft-style venue, with a modern industrial-chic vibe, is the perfect location for unique events, that leave a lasting impression. With its high ceilings and expansive white-painted brick walls, complemented by classic arched windows and unique turret-style openings, open daylight, or close the blackout shades for privacy, along with a small stage area for a variety of presentations, our space offers a stunning backdrop for a wide range of events. Our main room and adaptable adjoining areas provide a flexible canvas for everything from intimate gatherings to medium-sized celebrations. Equipped with stage, photographic areas including a mechanized backdrop roller, two photo white walls, audio and culinary equipment, our space is ready to accommodate your event needs, whether it's a professional photoshoot, a dynamic workshop, or a memorable party. The space is designed to inspire and facilitate creativity, providing a platform for ideas to come alive.

We always maintain a clean environment and use disinfectants when cleaning surfaces. We don't allow smoking and there is plenty of air circulation.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
