When you arrive, free street parking is available. We also have guest passes to our on-site parking (private lot next to the building) for up to 4 vehicles, please let us know the license plate numbers of the vehicles that would be needing them BEFORE you arrive as we need to reserve them in our system. If you park on the private lot without a reservation, the parking management will boot or tow and we will not be liable for those fees. :/

We can reserve our clubhouse for your team's talent/crew.

BOOKING TIME: You may arrive in the parking lot 10 minutes before your booking start time; however, you must contact the host upon arrival to enter into the building. Your booking time includes: Setting up, breaking down and cleaning up. Failure to leave BEFORE your booking end time will result in additional fees, so please keep track of the time. We schedule a 30 min buffer between bookings to ensure our space gets cleaned before the next booking. TIME EXTENSIONS: You may pay to extend your booking depending on our studio's schedule. Please inform us about possible overtime ASAP so we can determine if your booking can be extended. MUSIC FROM ANY SPEAKER CANNOT BE PLAYED: You may play music on your phone, laptop or the Bluetooth vanity mirror located in the loft. Absolutely no music videos, no speakers- large or small. Violators will be fined and quickly asked to exit the premises. FURNITURE: Furniture and props that are NOT put back in their original positions will receive a penalty fee of $25. No shoes on furniture and NO DRAGGING FURNITURE - this is damaging to furniture/props. You must PICK UP the furniture and move it to your desired spot and place it back in its original position before you leave the studio. STUDIO LIGHTS: YOU MUST ensure that ALL lights have been turned off before you leave and properly close the front door behind you as you exit the premises. If any of these conditions are unmet, you will be charged a $50 penalty fee. FEES FOR EXTRA GUESTS: If more guests arrive during your booking than the number of attendees we originally approved, you will be charged a $10 fee per additional person, per hour. NO SMOKING OR FIRE: No open fire, smoking, or illegal drugs are allowed anywhere in our studio or building. MUST RECEIVE PERMISSION TO USE THE STOVE IN THE KITCHEN. Leaving the security code on our studio lockbox exposed or misplacement of our studio key will result in an immediate penalty fee of $50. All security protocols in your check-in guidelines you will receive via your inbox MUST be adhered to. This is non-negotiable. NO EATING OR DINING IN THE SETS: Spills from beverages or furniture stains from food will result in a $45 penalty fee. NO NUDITY/NO ADULT CONTENT NO CONFETTI OR GLITTER IN THE STUDIO

All furniture can be moved (EXCEPT FOR PAINTING AND PROPS IN THE WESTERN OFFICE SET), we just ask that you move all props/furniture back to their original sets by the end of your booking.
