About the Space
Our home is a large, five bedroom, four bathroom, house with an open kitchen, custom front patio and beautiful backyard with a giant oak tree. The house was expanded upon from it's original design and has a unique cottage charm to it while retaining a lot of the original history. There are custom details throughout the home, including large windows, exposed beams, and the furniture was arranged and purchased by an interior designer. We have multiple office spaces, a detailed garage with a Peloton bike and an arcade game upstairs for the kids with bunk beds. Our backyard is recently renovated featuring an outdoor shower, 12 person spa, fire pit, turf and custom landscape with lighting. It's gorgeous! We are located 12 minutes from downtown with quick access to campus, Towne Lake, and the domain. This home can truly be used for anything - a great setup for office space, plenty of room for filming home-based commercials with tons of parking space and square footage, or even over-night stays.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
