Kitchen Studio Specs: •Available 24/7 for bookings •rate $2,500/10hr day or $250/hr; plus a $200 cleaning fee; if using the commercial kitchen, the cleaning fee will be $500 •A complete kitchen studio, with a commercial kitchen and a home style kitchen. Use of appliances, equipment, and cookware. Space also has a conference room perfect for production needs, holding, and more. We can also pipe and drape the kitchen set and create an blank canvas event space.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
