Whether you are looking for a quiet setting for portraits and headshots or a vibrant backdrop for your commercial and creative projects, our flex space has you covered. Located conveniently in the foothills of Colorado between Boulder and Denver, our Westminster studio is inviting and highly accessible. Ample parking and convenient in-house facilities make this the ideal location for your next shoot, creative project, or event. Roll-up glass garage door allows for the option of even, natural north-facing light, and a moveable wall can be positioned to block light for artificial light setups and/or privacy during shoots. Lighting setup and backdrop can be rented for additional hourly fee. Please inquire for more details. Space includes a small kitchenette with microwave, mini fridge, and sink, as well as a private spacious bathroom and welcoming lobby area with wardrobe rack. Health and Safety Measures
Surfaces and restrooms cleaned and disinfected between client rentals. Anti-bacterial soap provided at sinks and hand sanitizer upon entry. Additionally, HEPA filter run periodically and available for client use during shoots.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
