Modestly Fashion Forward Creator Studio with Roof Deck in Downtown Brooklyn
About the Space
This space is perfect for small photoshoots and creating social media content. It's also furnished as a mod/fashion-forward office design studio but can be rearranged into a small photo studio. The building also has a roof deck access that can be used for photo and video shoots. If you are interested in using the roof deck there will be an additional charge, please message me for pricing. Additionally, I have a changing room, a 10 x 7 white backdrop, a Canon Rebel T7 camera (this will be an additional charge to use and will require my filming service), two photo-studio lighting with umbrellas, a ring light, a reflector, and four sandbags. The couch can be moved to add the backdrop.

If you require more than a basic cleaning after your event you will be charged a $100 cleaning fee. Examples of basic cleaning are as follows: -Wiping down furniture and table tops with disinfectant cloth -Dusting - Vacuuming small particles The cleaning fee is required if excessive trash is left behind and requires more than two hours to clean.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
