Our space in a historic building is ideal for creatively oriented activities such as workshops, literary readings, indoor performances, fundraisers, and networking events. The layout of our space is a large open area furnished with three round tables that can seat four, a large rectangular table that can seat a maximum of 10, and two lounge seating areas that can seat four to six people each. The furniture can easily be rearranged or moved out of the way to create audience style seating. The maximum indoor capacity is 95. The outdoor patio is furnished with four tables that have two chairs each. Patio rental subject to an additional fee. Our space also has a conference room and a small meeting room that can be utilized during events.

We hire a professional cleaning service between bookings.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
