About the Space
With two vanities with mirrors upon entering and a large conference table with six chairs, this space is great for photo shoots (products or people), training classes for brow artists, makeup artists, lash techs, and more. It will even work great for business meetings or podcasters. Modern decor and new plank flooring bring the space together. You will have access to the kitchen area with complimentary snacks and beverages, a dressing area with a clothing rack, a full-length mirror, and a restroom.

General Rules
Set up and break down must be completed within time booked. No smoking in the building. No alcohol allowed. Furniture must be picked up or moved by multiple people (No dragging). No glitter. Please be mindful of other guests (volume and cleanliness).
All ages are allowed in the space
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Furniture can be moved out of the space into another room if needed.
Wall decorations can be removed as well.
Smoke machines are allowed
No nudity allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
24/7 Security cameras are in use at all entrances, hallway, and bookable rooms.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Space will be cleaned and disinfected after each booking and high touch areas will be sanitized.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
