Stylish Ballard Location

This space is a street-level apartment that works well for close environmental portraits (8' ceiling height). There is also access to lush green and built-out outdoor spaces in a large yard. There is a bathroom and kitchen on site, and you're welcome to the provided tea, coffee and water. There are blackout blinds in the bedroom area, you will need V-flats for the living room if you choose to block all natural light in that space. The cleaning fee includes use of interior and exterior space with everything returned as found. I can reset the space for you for an additional fee. I cannot guarantee soundproofing for video, due to the residential location, but interior mic'd interviews shouldn't be a problem.
