Each rental includes access to the full 800sqft space, with even North facing natural light and huge windows, 16ft wide built-in white cyc wall, amazing bluetooth speaker to connect to, a kitchenette, and bathroom. It has hardwood finished floors, is an open concept, and has large windows facing north. There is a kitchenette on-site with a refrigerator. There is a bathroom located in studio past the kitchenette, offering privacy to change into your next photoshoot outfit. There is ample metered + free street parking available. It is approximately 800 sq ft and is suitable for events for up to 40 people (no additional group size charge). Studio lighting can be added on as your book (continuous + strobe) for $100.
