The cleaning team then proceeds to perform a top-to-bottom cleaning of the whole space, focusing on critical areas such as: Surface Cleaning: All surfaces, including countertops, tables, and furniture, are meticulously cleaned and disinfected using industry-standard cleaning products. This helps eliminate any germs or bacteria that may be present. Floor Cleaning: Our cleaning service utilizes state-of-the-art equipment to clean and sanitize the venue's floors. This includes vacuuming carpets, mopping hard surfaces, and ensuring that floor mats are thoroughly cleaned and refreshed. Restroom Sanitization: Restrooms are given special attention to thoroughly clean and sanitize. This includes disinfecting toilets, sinks, mirrors, and other high-touch surfaces to maintain a hygienic environment. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
