Our cleaning process begins with thoroughly inspecting the entire venue space to identify any areas requiring special attention. The cleaning team then proceeds to perform a top-to-bottom cleaning of the whole space, focusing on critical areas such as: Surface Cleaning: All surfaces, including countertops, tables, and furniture, are meticulously cleaned and disinfected using industry-standard cleaning products. This helps eliminate any germs or bacteria that may be present. Floor Cleaning: Our cleaning service utilizes state-of-the-art equipment to clean and sanitize the venue's floors. This includes vacuuming carpets, mopping hard surfaces, and ensuring that floor mats are thoroughly cleaned and refreshed. Restroom Sanitization: Restrooms are given special attention to thoroughly clean and sanitize. This includes disinfecting toilets, sinks, mirrors, and other high-touch surfaces to maintain a hygienic environment. HVAC System Maintenance: Our cleaning service also includes regular maintenance of the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) system to ensure optimal air quality throughout the venue. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
