About the Space
A low cost, all inclusive, pre-lit production space perfect interviews, green screen, small set builds and other contained productions. *** Price is set at FLAT RATE OF $500 per day with that day being 8 hours. Any time past 8 hours is billed at 1.5x rate or ($97.50/hr) but this can be negotiated based on the use case of the space. The space includes Wardrobe, HMU, Video Village, Client Area and a Green Room. We are centrally located to Sweet Greens, Tocaya, Mendo, Starbucks and various other resturants for coffee and catering. We also offer scaleable production support for an additional cost and can fill any needs you may have including crew, equipment, services, post-production, color correction, and finishing.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
