You can cater in or you can have a BBQ party for your guest. The "Stress-Free" Experience We believe you should be a guest at your own party. We provide nearly every physical essential—from the tables and linens down to the complimentary ice in your coolers. Included with Every Booking: • Full Access: Exclusive use of the Indoor Lounge (with Central AC), the Balcony, and the Private Garden Oasis. • On-Site Hostess: A dedicated host to assist you during setup and throughout your event. • The "Photo Gift": 30 minutes of complimentary Professional Photography by Richard Rosario Photography LLC. (High-res digital gallery delivered within 48 hours). • Setup/Cleanup: 2 hours of pre-party decoration time and a 15-minute cleanup grace period after the party. Whatever the occasion, the space we have is sure to make it unforgettable. The space itself is designed to be flexible and adaptable, so you can decorate and make it your own—whether you want your event to be an intimate gathering or an elegant affair. Check-Out Important Note: We provide you with 15-minutes grace period for pick-up of your belongings. Since we already include the cleaning, we will you turn down the music 15 mins to the end of your time. This will give your guest to begin to clear the space. Anyone left in the space should be participating in clean up or is expected to leave. If you choose to do any cleaning, we will provide the bags and trash cans.

Health and Safety Measures

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking: *Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
