About the Space
The chalet was custom built on the back corner of a 10-acre lot, overlooking a private pond and 10 acres of grass and trees and the Catskill mountains. All of the windows are perfectly oriented so there are breathtaking mountain views from every bedroom, only to be outdone by the views on the top floor (third floor). Events that would work great here: weddings (max 30 attendees), meetings, corporate retreats, film/TV/commercial production, photography, etc. The house comfortably sleeps 12 people and pets are allowed for an extra (cleaning) fee.

The house is thoroughly cleaned by professionals between each booking, and the hot tub is treated weekly by a professional.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
