The kitchen includes a long island with 4 counter stools, perfect for small cooking scenes. There is a space on the bottom floor that is styled as a Virginia themed lounge, perfect for photoshoots or live podcast backgrounds! The layout of the townhouse is 3 levels with 3 bedrooms upstairs. I’m sure there are other activities that could definitely work throughout spaces of the house.

The space is deep cleaned once every 2 weeks and basic cleaning in between every use of different bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
