Available for private events, buyouts, or film and TV. With an open loft for additional use or equipment, this location is versatile for almost any event or use. Coffee shops can be used or reserved to operate as is or closed for private events. Outside catering is allowed, and commercial refrigerators and freezers are available. For filming, the location has a high loft for any equipment to be out of sight. The location offers high vaulted ceilings, modern fixtures, large windows with plenty of light, refinished concrete floors, and a rustic wood and white quartz service counter.

We are open daily. We complete a daily list of cleaning requirements throughout the day as well as a full cleaning at the close of each day. For buy outs we have an additional cleaning standard procedure.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
