About the Space
Unique waterfront space that can accomodate up to 150 people. Space can be configured to accomodate any large gathering from a casual Happy Hour/Business Mixer type set up or a formal sit down lunch/dinner or business presentation. We have a variety of floor plans to provide the best use of the space for any occasion. Space can also include an outdoor atrium area and a private bar/lounge area.

Space is cleaned to current city fire and health department standards.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
