Automotive showroom, lounge, and event space with professional lighting, video, and sound equipment. Capacity for 30, private office, racing simulator, and 200" projection screen. Drive-in capable studio with 20ft + ceilings, clubhouse area with full bathroom and kitchenette. Great for presentations, meetings, and small events.

Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

First and foremost Scotty was an amazing host! The space was amazingly created and we were able to do everything we needed to do. Thank you again for the service and allowing us to use the space for this video. I will book again if I had to do any photo shoot in other parts of the space, but for a music video I wouldn’t since I’ve used it again but the experience was amazing so I strongly recommend it. Thank you!
