Our first floor event space includes a 1770 Square foot training room with a stage suitable for up to 6 speakers, a 267 Square foot kitchen with industrial fridge, a 1,248 Square foot meal room fully equipped with a catering station and enough tables and chairs for up to 100 people, and 348 large reception area with beautiful industrial reception desk for checking in guests. The event space is fully furnished and includes comfortable chairs and desks in the training room with electric for laptops, and ample comfortable seating areas throughout reception area and meal room. Located in beautiful Ashburn, VA, this gorgeous country setting is only 11.5 miles away from the Dulles International Airport, 4.4 miles from the Dulles Town Center, only 20 miles from Tyson's corners. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
