About the Space
A modern, recently rennovated classroom and training space, this venue has seating for classroom style up to 38, theatre style up to 50, and standing room maximum capacity at 90. The room has flexible, move-able furniture, with in ground power easily accessible. The room has several large TVs and white board, a long with a podium and mic. It has a historic, barn like feel in a modern setting, and is located nearby a main kitchen, with complimentary coffee, tea, fast wi-fi, and accessible amenities to make your workshop, training, or off-site go smoothly. A nearby rooftop garden space can be added on for additional fees or activations.

Parking description
There is plenty of parking within one block of us:
- 415 W Washington Street
- First & Huron Parking
- Street parking with the e-park Ann Arbor app
- First and Washington Garage (after 3pm only, ideal for evening events)
Additionally, a couple hundred parking spaces are available a few minutes away at Ash & Ann garage located on 220 N Ashley St.
General Rules
- No smoking in the building
- No pets except for service animals
- Space must be reset or a service fee/cleaning fee may be applied

Security cameras are at all main entrances and exits of the building, but do not record the event itself .
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We deep clean and sanitize nightly, and follow all healthy and safety requirements for Covid-19.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
