This stunning saltwater pool offers an experience akin to a boutique hotel, meticulously designed for both aesthetics and function. The pool is framed by a lush astroturf deck that provides a vibrant contrast to the serene blue waters. Designed to comfortably accommodate approximately 10x - 20x guests, the area is furnished with stylish seating that enhances the poolside ambiance. For those seeking a gourmet experience, access to a full chef’s kitchen is available for an additional fee. This allows guests to have meals prepared in the sophisticated upstairs kitchen and served on the elegant upper deck, creating an elevated dining experience with a view. Adjacent to the kitchen is a well-equipped gym area, adding to the convenience. The facilities include a neatly appointed bathroom off the kitchen/gym area and an additional outdoor access shower and changing room located off the upper deck, ensuring privacy and ease for guests transitioning between swimming and relaxing. Additionally, a poolside cooler is available to be filled with ice, keeping beverages refreshingly chilled throughout your stay. This pool area blends luxury with practicality and privacy, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and entertainment.

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

First, the venue itself was beautiful and my guests all commented on how cute it was. Reserved the “Boutique Designer Pool, Gym & Kitchen” via Peerspace App from Minty Living. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives will end. My reservation on 8/4/24 was from 9:00am-1:00pm. Originally I had reserved the location from 9:00am-12:30pm on 7/5/24 but requested an extension to 1:00pm on 7/6/24 and the request was approved via email. This event was for my 10 year old daughter’s birthday party—a party which took considerable time planning and coordinating. I received a message via Peerspace app at 11:23AM from Sidra at Minty Living reminding me that “my booking ends at 12:30pm as we have another reservation coming in right after yours. Please ensure you leave on time. Thank you”. Of course being that I was at my daughter’s party, I did not see this alert at 11:23AM; rather, at 12:09AM the parties associated with the next rental period had already been given access to the Kitchen and Gym space and they were loading up balloons, and various other items in preparation for a baby shower. I contacted Sidra via the app and told her that the next reservation was already there and unloading their items while I was trying to sing happy birthday to my daughter and her friends and cut the birthday cake. Sidra stated that they would tell the next guests to wait but they did not leave and continued to unload. My reservation was not supposed to end until 100pm but was had to leave ear

We loved Sidra space! It was so cute and the perfect size for a small group. We had access to the kitchen which came in handy. Sidra met us on property and responded to any questions we had. We will definitely use her space in the future for any pool parties!
