Our building has one reserved parking spot right behind the building labeled with Raw Eddy's logo. There are two other reserved business spots you can not park in because you'll get towed. The other spots in this smaller parking lot are available to anyone and when these are full, there is ample of free street parking. There is a very large pre-pay parking lot located directly north of our building with hourly rates.

The north side of the building is a panel of windows which allows a lot of natural light into our space.

You can't hear the neighbors, there is some street noise but it's never loud enough to notice it much. We do have one freezer that will make a little noise a couple times a day but will usally turn off after a few minutes.

Ground Floor

There is a ramp in the front and stairs in the back to enter the building.

Circuit breaker is located in the back room and there is a few plugs located in the front of the building and an ample amount in the kitchen.

1. Respect the Space: Treat our space with care and consideration. Any damage to the property or its contents will be the responsibility of the guest. 2. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building. Guests who wish to smoke must do so outside in designated areas and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. 3. Kitchen Guidelines: Guests are welcome to use the kitchen facilities for food preparation, provided all cooking activities adhere to our gluten-free policy. Please clean up after yourselves and leave the kitchen in the same condition as you found it. 4. Noise Level: While we encourage lively gatherings and events, please be mindful of noise levels, especially after 10 pm. Respect our neighbors and keep noise to a reasonable level to avoid disturbances. 5. Alcohol Policy: Alcohol is permitted on the premises for private events only, but consumption must be responsible and by local laws. Guests are responsible for ensuring that anyone consuming alcohol is of legal drinking age. 6. Furniture and Equipment: Feel free to rearrange furniture and use equipment as needed, but please return everything to its original position and condition before departing. Any missing or damaged items will be subject to replacement or repair fees. 7. Cleanliness: Help us maintain a clean and tidy environment by disposing of trash properly and cleaning up any spills or messes promptly. Cleaning supplies are provided for your convenience. 8. Guest Count: Please inform us in advance of the expected number of guests attending your event to ensure that our space can accommodate everyone comfortably. 9. Security: Ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked before leaving the premises. We are not liable for any lost or stolen belongings. 10. Compliance with Laws: All guests must comply with local laws and regulations while on the premises, including but not limited to noise ordinances, fire safety regulations, and occupancy limits. We want everyone to have a fantastic experience in our space while also respecting the property and those around us. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
