House In The Clouds - Folsom Lake

I believe this space can be used for lots of things. Due to the view I think it makes a great place for photo shoots. It is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath Sicilian styled villa. All the bedrooms are on the main level. While the living spaces are on the second floor. It was designed this way so the living spaces had the best vantage point for the absolutely breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, American River and Folsom lake. What makes this property special is definitely the view. On a clear day you can see over 30 miles away which allows you to see the building in Downtown Sacramento. Another awesome feature is the privacy. We are the last house on a dead end street making us the "king of the hill". We also have a hot tub so you can relax and enjoy the view.
