Our state-of-the-art facility is available for rental by the hour or day, so you can create high-quality content without breaking the bank. Whether you're a freelancer, small business, or large corporation, our team of experienced professionals can help you bring your vision to life. We offer a range of services, including podcast recording, photography, and video production, all in one convenient location. Our Studio is fully equipped with the latest technology and equipment to ensure that your content is of the highest quality. Plus, our experienced team is on hand to provide assistance and support throughout the production process.
No cooking is allowed on-site
We have cocktail tables and a large conference room with seating for 14.
Our state-of-the-art Brandstudio is equipped with audio and video equipment, including a control room, lighting, PTZ studio cameras, and an editing suite with six editing bays featuring Final Cut Pro. We use the Trickster MTC1 with NDI technology and Lavalier microphones, among others.
We do not have a projector; however, we do have a 100-inch television for easy viewing and a 75-inch smart board for seamless collaboration with teammates who are unable to attend in person. Our studio will eliminate the need for Zoom. Come see for yourself.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
