The main studio area is outfitted with professional lighting equipment, backdrops, and props, providing everything you need for photo and video shoots. Additionally, we have dedicated areas for hair and makeup preparation, wardrobe changes, and client meetings, ensuring that every aspect of your project is covered. Our studio has the latest photography and videography equipment, including high-resolution cameras, professional lighting setups, and editing stations. The layout of our studio is fully customizable to meet the specific needs of your project. We can accommodate your vision if you require a clean white backdrop, an industrial-style setting, or a cozy lounge area. Located in Sunrise, our studio is easily accessible via Sawgrass Expressway and offers ample parking for clients and guests. Our experienced team of studio assistants and technicians are on hand to provide assistance with setup, equipment operation, and troubleshooting, ensuring that your project runs smoothly from start to finish

Parking description

Parking is available for up to 10 vehicles.

General Rules

Respect the Space: Treat the studio and all equipment with care and respect. Clean up after yourself and leave the studio in the same condition as you found it. Booking and Payment: All studio bookings must be made in advance and confirmed with payment. Payment must be made in full before the start of the rental period. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund. Studio Access: Only individuals listed on the booking are permitted in the studio during the rental period. Guests or additional participants must be approved in advance and may be subject to additional fees. Safety First: Follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by studio staff. Use caution when handling equipment and props to prevent accidents or injuries. No running, horseplay, or reckless behavior in the studio. Equipment and Props: Use studio equipment and props only for their intended purposes. Report any malfunctions or damage to studio staff immediately. Do not remove equipment or props from the studio without permission. Noise and Disturbances: Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours. Respect neighboring tenants and maintain a peaceful environment. Food and Beverages: Food and drinks are permitted in designated areas only. Dispose of trash properly and clean up spills promptly. Smoking and Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the studio and within 50 feet of the building entrance. Pets and Animals: Pets and animals are not allowed in the studio, with the exception of service animals. COVID-19 Precautions: Follow all current COVID-19 guidelines and protocols issued by health authorities. Wear a mask and practice social distancing when interacting with others in the studio. Disinfect equipment and surfaces before and after use. Studio Staff: Follow instructions and guidance provided by studio staff at all times. Contact studio staff immediately in case of emergencies or concerns. Enforcement: Failure to comply with these studio rules may result in termination of the rental agreement and forfeiture of payment.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Before each rental period, our staff thoroughly clean and disinfect the entire studio space, including all surfaces, equipment, and props. We use EPA-approved disinfectants that are effective against COVID-19 and other viruses. These disinfectants are applied to all high-touch surfaces, such as door handles, light switches, countertops, and equipment. Special attention is given to high-traffic areas and frequently touched surfaces to minimize the risk of transmission. This includes cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, dressing rooms, and common areas. All studio equipment, including cameras, tripods, lights, and microphones, are cleaned and sanitized before and after each use. This includes wiping down surfaces with disinfectant wipes and using UV-C light sanitizers for additional sterilization. Our staff are equipped with appropriate personal protective equipment, including masks and gloves, when cleaning and interacting with clients. We also encourage clients to wear masks and practice social distancing while in the studio. Our studio is equipped with proper ventilation systems to ensure good air circulation and ventilation. We also encourage opening windows and doors when feasible to allow fresh air to flow into the space. Hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the studio for clients and staff to use regularly. We encourage frequent handwashing and proper hand hygiene practices to reduce the spread of germs. Clear signage is displayed throughout the studio to remind clients and staff of COVID-19 safety protocols, including mask-wearing, hand hygiene, and social distancing. We also communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on our cleaning procedures and any changes to our policies. We continuously monitor guidance from health authorities and update our cleaning procedures accordingly. This includes staying informed about new cleaning products, disinfection techniques, and best practices for COVID-19 prevention.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
